Why Cooking demonstation?

Few years ago when I moved into my penthouse overlooking St. Peter's and the eternel city I asked myself why don't give this opportunity to people who like to share with me and my family friendship and love for good food and wine. So I did it.

It's very succesfull!

We start to drink "Prosecco" and to eat "bruschetta" and "sfizi" in the Bellavista terrace then while I'm cooking you can learn how to cook "amatriciana" pasta with bacon, parmesan...and "saltinbocca alla romana"...and many other special food.

When you go back home you can organize italian party with your friends!
